Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments including Active Directory, VMware, and AWS
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Deploy and monitor cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
- Provide Level 3 support for complex system outages and performance tuning
- Document IT procedures and maintain disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Datadog
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional IT projects
