Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory infrastructure
- Implement and maintain cloud solutions including Azure and AWS services
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and routine maintenance
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and infrastructure configurations
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on automation using PowerShell and Ansible
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system issues and user requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Certifications: MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, SolarWinds, or Zabbix
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
