Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux).
- Implement and monitor robust network security protocols and firewalls.
- Lead the design and deployment of automated backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with software developers to optimize application performance and database management.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Train junior staff and document all technical procedures and configurations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and IP networking.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or CCNA are highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a major plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
