Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor system health using tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and testing
- Document system configurations and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or RHCSA preferred
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Understanding of network fundamentals and TCP/IP
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
