Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server and Linux infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments
- Proactively monitor system health using tools like Nagios and Splunk, resolving incidents within SLA
- Automate deployment and configuration management with Ansible and PowerShell
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup systems (Veeam)
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team to implement NIST-compliant security protocols
- Document procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal stakeholders
- Lead system upgrade projects while minimizing business disruption
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server and Linux administration
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Excellent written communication for documentation and cross-team collaboration
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
