Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments (Ubuntu/RedHat)
- Oversee AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3, and Active Directory integration
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and PowerShell scripting
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and lead disaster recovery planning
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with SOC2 standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Windows/Linux systems
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services and hybrid cloud architectures
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and performance bottlenecks
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
