Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level infrastructure including virtualization, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and hybrid networks
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and SolarWinds to ensure 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Execute disaster recovery plans and conduct regular security audits with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell scripts
- Lead cross-functional projects for system migrations and capacity planning
- Mentor junior administrators and document technical procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expert proficiency in Linux/Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or Microsoft Azure Administrator preferred)
- Advanced scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Strong understanding of network security principles and firewall management (Palo Alto/Fortinet)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
