Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize secure on-premises and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Proactively monitor system health using Nagios/Splunk; resolve incidents within SLA
- Automate workflows with Python/Ansible while maintaining 99.9% uptime
- Manage Active Directory, VMware, and Kubernetes environments
- Lead disaster recovery planning and quarterly compliance audits
- Mentor junior admins and document SOPs for critical processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise system administration with Windows/Linux focus
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware), networking (TCP/IP), and cloud platforms
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified SysOps, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/PowerShell) and configuration management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex hybrid environments
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
