Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud environments
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues with SLA-driven responsiveness
- Design and execute disaster recovery/business continuity plans
- Optimize system performance through capacity planning and tuning
- Mentor junior administrators and document technical procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows/Linux expertise
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and storage issues
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and change management processes
