Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure with IaC principles
- Manage 24/7 monitoring and incident response for 500+ production systems
- Optimize performance and security of Linux/Windows server environments
- Lead migration projects from legacy on-premise to cloud-native solutions
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
- AWS/Azure certification (SAA/AZ-104 or equivalent)
- Advanced knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- BS in Computer Science or related field
