Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of the 2026 Vision, identifying key trends in AI, automation, and market dynamics.
- Analyze data to forecast industry shifts and develop contingency plans for potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to align 2026 roadmaps with business goals.
- Present high-level strategic insights to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for the company's transition into the 2026 era.
- Oversee the execution of pilot programs designed to test future market readiness.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or futures studies.
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and leading long-term strategic initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and strategic modeling software.
- Experience working in high-growth tech environments or consulting firms.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or a related field is preferred.
