Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify emerging trends and define a strategic technical vision for the upcoming years.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead pilot programs and R&D projects focused on Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Next-Gen Web Technologies.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Oversee the technical architecture of major products, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage technical budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI on innovation projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term technology strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), AI/ML integration, and scalable system design.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
