Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging market trends, competitor movements, and technological disruptions.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment between sales, product, and operations teams.
- Identify and mitigate strategic risks while capitalizing on emerging opportunities.
- Present high-level strategic insights to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of long-term initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting market shifts and adapting business models.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear narratives.
