Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical strategy sessions to ensure code quality and system scalability.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and mentor junior developers within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
