Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable web and mobile applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with architects to design robust system architectures that ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers and interns, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to optimize application performance and user experience.
- Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a corporate environment.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
