Responsibilities
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights through statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Engineering) to identify data requirements and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Perform advanced SQL queries and data cleansing to ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple databases.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to recommend process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a compelling, non-technical manner to influence business strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
