- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and improve application performance and security.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members, share technical knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go. Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js is highly preferred.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
