Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure robust system functionality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, well-documented code and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our technical stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
