Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, robust software solutions using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Development Lifecycle: Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Code Optimization: Write high-performance, maintainable code while conducting regular code reviews to enforce quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on time.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and implement efficient algorithms to optimize system performance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Languages: Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
