Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement robust testing frameworks achieving 95%+ test coverage
- Optimize application performance and scalability using Redis and GraphQL
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices patterns
- Proven track record delivering production-grade enterprise applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
