Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high-quality standards
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching solutions (Redis)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
