Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead API development for high-transaction payment processing systems
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Kotlin
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of delivering high-availability financial applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CI/CD proficiency (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar)
