Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance backend services using Go and Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% uptime
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Debug and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal tooling initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems and microservices
- Expertise in Go/Python with strong OOP fundamentals
- Proficiency with AWS/GCP services (Lambda, S3, Kubernetes)
- Experience with gRPC, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs
- Strong background in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience
