Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.9% uptime
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech community events
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits
- Collaborate with product teams using JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record leading technical projects from conception to deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest) and TDD principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with complex system design
