Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability for our global user base.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.
- Debug complex issues and implement robust solutions to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote team setting.
