Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and industry best practices.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing systems to identify bottlenecks and implement efficient algorithms to improve speed and reduce latency.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and write unit tests to ensure high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and drive product vision.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to the team's engineering culture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Go. Strong experience with React, Node.js, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
