Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and seamless deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize database performance and ensure system scalability under high load, particularly during peak weekend operational windows.
- Debug complex issues and implement robust, scalable solutions to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience in a commercial environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ability to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday/Sunday) while maintaining high productivity, focus, and professional energy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
