Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance software applications for our Fortune 500 clients.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and debugging sessions during peak weekend traffic periods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy critical updates and security patches.
- Ensure 99.99% uptime for backend systems and databases.
- Document technical requirements, architecture, and system configurations.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in architectural planning for scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Java, or C# and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during weekend shifts and adhere to rotational schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
