Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Design, code, test, and deploy scalable software solutions for our enterprise clients.
- Weekend Operations: Lead weekend maintenance windows, ensuring zero downtime for production systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA, and backend teams to define feature requirements.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in real-time.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and API specs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
