- Execute critical weekend maintenance, patch management, and system upgrades.
- Debug complex code issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Document technical specifications and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or a comparable backend language.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
