Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions for our core platforms.
- Weekend Operations: Lead critical sprint cycles and deployments during our dedicated weekend shifts to ensure zero downtime.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to strict coding standards and best practices.
- Debug & Troubleshoot: Diagnose complex issues and resolve technical debt to optimize system performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and designers to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and review code to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go; experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is required.
- Tools: Strong command of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
