Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions specifically for our weekend maintenance and operations cycles.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues with minimal downtime, ensuring our services remain available 24/7.
- Collaborate with product managers and frontend teams to define technical requirements and implement new features.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and ensure all code adheres to our strict security and quality standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Participate in architectural planning sessions to drive technical innovation and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong preference for candidates comfortable with weekend schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js).
- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
