Role Overview
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and efficient. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail and a passion for coding excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug complex software solutions using modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support our core platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and automated deployment processes.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks within the production environment.
- Implement and enforce security best practices to protect data integrity.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) as part of the rotational shift schedule.
