Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable backend services and microservices using Java and Go.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Implement automated testing strategies to ensure code quality and reduce technical debt.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues during off-peak hours.
- Participate in architectural planning sessions and contribute to technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go and experience with React or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Must be willing to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
