Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality software solutions for our core products.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed.
- Conduct technical troubleshooting and provide weekend support for critical production issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical documentation and architecture discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts and communicate effectively with the team.
