Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Python on AWS/Azure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for weekend deployment cycles
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Resolve production incidents during weekend on-call rotations
- Contribute to architectural decisions for high-traffic systems
- Automate infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
