Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize ML model inference pipelines for real-time financial analytics
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on weekend rotations
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust security protocols for financial data processing
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Proficiency in SQL databases and NoSQL solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
