Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Debug, optimize, and refactor existing codebases to improve performance and scalability.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and mentor junior developers.
- Monitor system health and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues during off-peak hours.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a weekend shift environment.
