Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Optimize system performance for high-traffic weekend transaction volumes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline enhancements using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Develop robust APIs with RESTful standards and GraphQL
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Drive DevOps initiatives for infrastructure-as-code implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Proven track record of designing high-throughput systems
- Strong knowledge of database optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
