Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control (Git).
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a weekend shift environment.
