Responsibilities
- Design and scalable microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS-based deployments
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security best practices for federal compliance frameworks
- Drive code quality through automated testing and refactoring initiatives
- Present technical solutions to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with modern frameworks
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure experience
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade applications
- Experience with federal security certifications (FISMA, FedRAMP) preferred
