Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement high-performance, scalable software applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and performance issues in existing systems, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
