Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using Python and JavaScript.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of new features, ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability in cloud environments (AWS).
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Debug complex issues and resolve technical debt across the legacy codebase.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
