Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- System Maintenance: Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to our technical stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js) and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Spring.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
