Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and agile methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture planning sessions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance across all platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar full-stack technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
