Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and implement scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of quality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability in a production environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and propose improvements to our technical stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
