Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go/Kubernetes
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at tech conferences
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact features at scale
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
