Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and system bottlenecks in real-time.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture planning, implementation, and deployment.
- Ensure application security, performance, and reliability across all platforms.
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Willingness to relocate to the Washington DC or Northern Virginia area.
