Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to define features and drive product vision.
- Testing & QA: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex issues in production and staging environments to minimize downtime.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Programming: Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go and experience with React or Angular for frontend work.
- Cloud: Strong understanding of AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cassandra).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
