Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js and state management libraries.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
